🏳️⚧️ TDOR VIGIL MANCHESTER - VIMTO PARK | MONDAY 20TH NOV FROM 6.30PM 🕯️
Our Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil in Manchester is a collaboration event between Not A Phase, Manchester Pride, Trans Creative, Trans Pride Manchester and Sparkle - The National Transgender Charity, with support from Manchester City Council.
The vigil will be hosted in Vimto Park on Monday 20th November from 6.30pm - 8.30pm.
Vimto Park, 39 Sackville St, Manchester M1 3WE can be found opposite the LGBT Foundation.
A procession will go from there to Sackville Gardens at the end of the Service for our candle lighting and flowers to be laid. There will be candles provided if you would like to light one to remember someone or to show your respect. 🏳️⚧️
We know that events such as TDOR can be very triggering to the community and we understand that this event might not be for everyone, however we urge allies to the trans+ community to please come down and show solidarity with us in this difficult time. 💗
